Hello everyone!! This is what I was working on today. A pumpkin Halloween tree. I painted this wooden box with a Terrye French design. Look at all those cute pumpkin faces!!!
The 18 inch tree has a string of 50 clear lights and autumn berry picks. On the tree there are hand painted wooden Jack o Lanterns, small black glittery fences, glittery cats and bats, and little rusty pockets that I painted pumpkins on and they say Pumpkin Thyme. There are hand painted hang tags with different sayings. Happy Halloween, Pumpkins for Sale, Boo, and Trick or Treat. Also on the tree is a paper mache pumpkin head with a long hat, a ghost, and a witch face. There is a felt hand stitched cat face. At the top of the tree is a rusty star with a hand painted pumpkin and a little glitter and a pumpkin bow. The entire tree measures 23 inches tall. This would make a great country touch to your Halloween decorating. I have it listed on Ebay. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by. Denise
Love your tree Denise! I've been working on Halloween trees and Halloween decor too. Since I don't decorative paint like you I have to come up with other things to decorate the trees with.

ReplyDeleteHi Denise,
My tree just arrived and I can't tell you how much I LOVE IT! The pictures were wonderful but seeing it in person is so much better.
I thought I had a place all picked out to display it but now I think I need to carry it from room to room so we can enjoy it where we are spending time.
Thank you, you are indeed a true artist and a wonderful packer - wow, it took 15 minutes to unpack and of course I was very anxious.
